submit_rfq | Submits an RFQ to the SCiMon.co RFQ Desk and returns an RFQ number plus one upload link per listed file. A SCiMon sourcing expert follows up by email at contact_email. Export-controlled (ITAR, EAR, CUI) work is not accepted here. |
