Tools (5)

culturemonkey_list_employeesList one page (100 employees) of the account's employee directory: names, emails, external_id, team, location, manager, dates and active status. The reply has meta.total_page; call again with page+1 until it passes that number. Read-only. GET /api/v1/employees.
culturemonkey_get_employeeFetch one employee by external_id, the stable id your system assigned. Read-only. GET /api/v1/employees/{external_id}.
culturemonkey_create_employeeAdd an employee to the directory. Required: first_name, email_address, external_id, team_name, location_name. A team, location, sub-team, business unit or group that does not exist is created. A manager must already exist. Fails with 409 if external_id is taken (use update). POST /api/v1/employees.
culturemonkey_update_employeeChange fields of one employee, identified by external_id. Send only the fields to change; the others stay as they are. external_id itself cannot change. PUT /api/v1/employees/{external_id}.
culturemonkey_deactivate_employeeOffboard one employee by external_id. This is a soft delete: it sets is_active to false, stops future survey sends and keeps the historical responses. No tool in this server erases data. DELETE /api/v1/employees/{external_id}.
